The origin of the term “Chef’s Table” lies in chefs using leftover ingredients from their kitchens to prepare and share a meal together after work.

KHAO Restaurant has adapted the original Chef’s Table concept. The Executive Chef personally selects special ingredients available each day and prepares dishes using traditional Thai cooking methods. However, what makes the Chef’s Table at KHAO truly exceptional is that the kitchen is brought into the dining area. This allows our guests to watch the chefs at work and even participate in the culinary process, whether it’s assisting in preparation or asking questions to satisfy their curiosity. It’s an experience that goes beyond ordinary dining, one that we invite our guests to savor and enjoy to the fullest.
